The Red Fort Backyard School was functioning prior to our intervention as a very basic educational institute for underprivileged children. Our organization has devotedly nurtured the school since then, giving it a face and functional pattern, while progressing the students in their academic learning achievements, awareness, hygiene, and overall personalities. Through SanginiSaheli’ schildren’s welfare program, ‘OjasviUjjwalBhavishya’, we have undertaken the mission to upgrade the school in terms of infrastructure and viability.

We currently have our child welfare volunteers conducting some of the classes at the school while we also hold regular skill building workshops as well as sports and recreational activities too. Some of these students have even passed out from the ‘backyard’ school and procured admission in government and private schools for their respective further classes.

Though the Red Fort Backyard School has come a long way with the laborious dedication of our team, there are several pending necessities that are keeping the school from experiencing its complete metamorphosis.With added support and funding, we seek to build and fully equip new classrooms, install online interactive facility,furniture, and onboard teachers.
